Bakit Single Ka Pa Rin? Book Cover

This is for a book cover project that I was working on a few days ago. The title of the book is "Bakit Single Ka Pa Rin?" (Why Are You Still Single?) by SM Bicutan Feast Builder Velden Lim. I made three versions of the cover. Unfortunately, my design wasn't picked because it looks more like a cover for a graphic novel instead of a self-help book.
